This location is always out of ingredients, has poor quality ingredients, or is out of drinks. And their employees are... slow. Today I came in for my usual, waited in line for 10 minutes on my lunch break with only two people ahead of me, and thenget told they only have white rice. I say okay because I don't have much time on my lunch break, but I really don't like whiterice. Then it turns out they have no veggies either. So that's 2 of the 3 base ingredients in my bowl that they do not haveavailable. So when I get to the checkout I try to ask for a discount due to multiple ingredients not being available. Thecashier says "I can't do that" without asking a manager or apologizing for the inconvenience. Then when he hands me my bag,there is no cup for my drink so I grab my own cup. He GRABS the cup from me and hands me a smaller cup. So not only do I have topay for a drink despite the poor experience, you grab a cup from my hand because you failed to give me a cup? Most places wouldhave offered a free drink just for the long wait, to be honest. Anyway, I go to get my small $2.75 drink, and they don't evenhave any of the juices/lemonades/limeades out. Only soft drinks, which I did not want. So I'm too annoyed at this point to dealwith the cashier so I get a water and leave. I go to eat my burrito bowl and the white rice that I didn't want is literally soovercooked it has formed into gooey balls. Gross. Previous times I've been here, my brown rice was undercooked and hard or theguacamole had unripe avocados in it, like they were still hard and had that nasty taste they have before they ripen. I've alsobeen here a time when they had no fountain drinks, which I didn't mind because I wanted limeade, but I'm just noting the factthat they are ALWAYS out of something. Food was decent. My deduction is because I almost didn?t even order?. They need better training?.. The menu over looks an open... prep area, there was a teen prepping and popping food in his mouth as well. Another gloved server was walking around gettingdrinks and touching anything in his gloves. Awfully run place. Ordered quesdilla , chips and guacamole and guess what !! got neither. Just a box with chicken and and... beans, no quesadilla , and they dint even care to write on the bag , its not available. After opening the bag at the location found no chips . When Asked the personnel to call a number for refund. Smh . Came home and opened the box. Surprise !! noquesadilla either. Read more

Attempted to call corporate because this location was AWFUL and was only able to chat. They replaced some of our food but will... NEVER go back. Have yet to have a good experience at a local chipotle here. Our chips were stale, they didn?t listen whenordering, our food was ICE COLD, rice was hard, over charged us for wrong menu items, terrible customer service! If you order afruit cup for the kiddos?.you get a tiny rotten orange! So disappointing. One star is too many. Read more
