I don't think I've ever posted a review. I am here now and this manager is incredibly incompetent. We waited 25 minutes before... ordering and were second in line. The manager just argued with me that these fries are cooked all the way and would not cookthem more. Some are still hard in the middle.I was told by an employee his name is Nico. Haven't been to a Chuck e cheese in years since my two oldest and for some reason my two youngest haven't really been as much. I... think it's cool that the company is consistent and also keeps up with updating their games but still holding the nostalgic vibefrom when I was a kid. Keep it up CEC! Read more
Staff and this specific location are great! Thank you to the Irving team that helped me make my daughters birthday special! I... really loved the service I was given! The reason I am giving only 4 stars is due to the birthday package. I paid for theUltimate Birthday Package ( most expensive ) and was not satisfied with the package itself. I feel as if the 2 hour limit felt abit rushed. I also only got 1 pizza for adults and had to purchase drinks separately. Which is not to big of an issue buteverything is very over priced there now and it added an extra $100+ to our bill. Which at that point was not worth it in myopinion. Read more
