A modern and elegant sushi bar in Las Colinas! The place was super clean and the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable about the... menu. The waitress and staff were very attentive (filling waiter, closing blinds, etc). And they have a very generous lunchmenu, which I love! The miso soup came out first, and it was deliciously salty and savory. The bento box looked beautiful! Thebulgogi wasn’t too sweet, which I appreciated. I at first was going to go with rice vs. the wasabi mashed potatoes, butthankfully the waitress convinced me to get it. It was amazing! I was invited here by my coworker who had once been here before. I had a great experience. Our server, Thuy, gave us the BEST... customer service. Her personality is awesome! She is a gem!! The food was so good as well. I had ramen with chicken. I told ThuyI liked mine spicy and she said they would make it spicy for me even though it wasn’t on the menu. This is a lunch hot spot in Las Colinas. They also serve wine and beer. The bento bowls were delicious. I had one of... steak. However I didn’t like that they brought one person’s food about 10mins before they brought remaining 2 people’sfood. They should have served all at the same time.
