Absolutely the slowest Starbucks. 15 mins in the drive thru and still have 2 cars in front of me. It?s 6:11pm.
Honestly this was the worst experience in a Starbucks . Myself and friend ordered a coffee and the staff never cared to call out... our names nor our orders . After waiting for 15 minutes when asked , they mentioned it was already ready and kept at the table.If this is the kind of experience Starbucks offers , not sure why I need to pay that much money for a coffee. I m having coffee from this place from last 1 year. And I always had good experience. But today, it was really really bad... experience. We placed the order and the girl who took the order she was a trainee. I asked for iced hazelnut latte with pumpkinspice cold foam and i told specifically to make the pumpkin spice cold foam double blended. Very basic simple order. May be thegirl misunderstood the order and made the whole order double blended. When she was making the coffee, I stopped her twice to sayshe is doing the wrong way but without listening to my full sentence she said I understood the assignment. She was for somereason throwing attitude but that's okay I don't care. The problem is that with these trainees they are super over confidentand without listening to you they just throw attitude. Mistakes can happen we are all humans but TRY TO LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER.It should save your time, effort and raw materials and my time also. Hope, Starbucks work on their employees behavior also. Acustomer can be okay with a bad order but not with bad behavior. Read more

The gal who took my order at the drive through did not know they did not have the sandwich I ordered. Management should have a... system in place to inform their people so I could have been told. The cashier was very abrupt. No smile at all. Did notappreciate when I had a question about a different sandwich. She walked very slowly to go get the item I requested in place ofthe sandwich. I was not offered a receipt and I asked for a napkin as one was not handed to me with my banana bread. She didnot even look at me, just stuck her hand out the window. Hopefully she was just having a bad day and does not treat customersthis way all the time. She clearly had a poor attitude and did not provide the service I have received at other Starbucks. Read more
