I'm not the type of person to do this but I hate foolishness especially when it comes to spending my money. I will never ever... purchase anything from this bakery again. I been supporting you guys for the longest and this is where I'll stop. First of all Ihave to communicate using a phone because nobody speak ENGLISH. I ordered a regular vanilla birthday cake and was disappointedto get a cake with filling. The cake texture taste like a vegan type of cake. The cake was so horrible, nobody wanted it and itspoil my child celebration. I went back to dispute it and was told they ran out of regular cake and gave me the one I gotinstead. My problem is why did no one call me to tell me that instead of giving me a completely different cake without mypermission? Then you going to tell me there is nothing you can do about it when the fault wasn't mine? NEVER again will you getmy money and I'll leave it at that. Read more
