Amazing little gem nestled in Islamorada! As locals, this is our favorite place by far! Amazing pizza, cold, crisp local craft... beer, and free 80s arcade games! The owner can always be found in the kitchen, and it shows! Another delicious item is themeatball appetizer! Read more

This place far surpassed most of the highly rated places in the keys. It was clean and affordable with great food. Honestly,... this is the only place I found that I could say all three of those things. I was in the Florida keys with my kids and we stoppedat many highly rated places that were just dark, dinghy and over priced. Bayside Gourmet is the kind of place we would hope tofind on every island as we travel with kids and don?t want to question the sanitation and quality of the cooking. Everything weordered was awesome. We had the burger, a Hawaiian pizza, a Cuban sandwich and a spicy fish taco. Everything surpassed ourexpectations. We would eat here over and over again! Read more

I went to Bayside Gourmet for lunch to try the Grouper Reuben. This may be the very best fish sandwich in the Florida Keys. I... got my grouper blackened for the sandwich which gave it tons of extra flavor. The fish was fresh and cooked perfectly so thatit was juicy and flaky inside the sandwich. The cooked fish fillets are placed between two slices of marbled rye withsauerkraut, swiss cheese and their homemade thousand island dressing. The flavors meld together into one delicious bite afteranother. I got the pasta salad as my side which I would also recommend. it is a unique pasta salad because they do not addmayonnaise, but the flavor profile is delicious and will keep you guessing on their key ingredients. Be sure that you do notjudge the restaurant by the outside as you drive by. I would not have stopped, but when you go in it is fully updated and verynice. The food is excellent and I wish I had more opportunities to explore their menu further. Read more
