10/26/2022 Update: Today Cassandra (the manager of this Bishops) redid my hair and I couldn?t have had a better experience. My... hair looks so much better and it feels amazing. She used an oil based bleach that was gentle to lift out the yellow tone and notdamage my hair further, she also conditioned it and trimmed off the really damaged and uneven hair. She went out of her way toensure that I was happy with my hair. I will definitely be going back to her for my root touch-ups and haircuts in thefuture. 10/24/2022 UPDATE: A Bishops regional manager reached out to me in response to an email I sent them. They wont refundmy money, but are going to try to fix the yellow tone and have offered complimentary conditioning treatments for the damagedends. 10/22/2022 One star: I had an appointment for a bleach and tone for my roots yesterday. I watched as the stylistoverlapped the bleach over my previously bleached hair. She left me sitting for 2.5 hours then toned me twice at the sink. WhenI sat back down in the chair, she said she was going to give me a ?complimentary haircut?, but I could see that my hair hadbroken off where the bleach had been overlapped. I agreed for her to just to shape it up and to make it blend but she cut it soshort (I think to camouflage the fact that she messed up and my hair was broken off with parts still breaking off). I told thestylist that I wasn?t happy with my hair. They made me pay full price and had a really bad attitude with me. They said theywould ?fix? my hair for free? My hair is at least two inches shorter than when I went in, keep in mind I was not there for ahaircut at all and now it has a dingy yellow tone. The ends that didn?t break off are so damaged, my hair feels like mush whenit?s wet, and when dry those end pieces are breaking off. I paid over $230 for this service. Read more

I'm getting older, more gray hair -finally broke down and thought I would have to start this whole hair dying thing. Chris told... me about toner process- can help get cover up pesky grays but don't get like a line as your hair grows out- toner just covers itup and then slowly fades over time. This great option for me- I have brown mid-length hair. My hair still looks like naturalcolor and doesn't require every 6 week updates. way less $$, more natural looking. I have a long hair and I like them to be cut the way I do not need to be worried about styling them every day, meaning that... haircut has to be sufficient itself. So every time I go for my haircut I?m very cautious. Bishop in Issaquah appeared to haveexcellent revues, however there were no available appointment time for the same day online, so I gave them a call and theynicely accommodated me immediately. Dani was my stylist/hairdresser. A very nice and pleasant person! I?m very pleased with theend results - the haircut looks amazing, not to mention the overall experience - very relaxing and at the same time quick butwithout the feeling of being rushed!
