I've been coming here for a few years now and found Reviews are polarized, people love or hate it. It's simple, tasty, and 100%... checks the comfort food box. The thing is that its authentic Chicago. So west coast taste palate tends to think its not greatbecause it's geared toward different things. Open palate and east coast raised think it's great because it's hard to find thisoutside Illinois. So while it's not top tier in the form of sandwiches made with sous vide ribeye and "artisan" aioli, it's toptier by being a true slice of Chicago outside of its home.
