Food were good enough and met our expectations of authentic Cantonese food. They only had 3 boring choice of Seasonal Vegetable.... When I asked for the Chinese mustard greens(jiè cài), the guy didn?t even know what that is. Excellent Cantonese place, which is somewhat of a rarity in the Seattle/Bellevue area given the Thai and Vietnamese influence.... Staff was friendly and helpful, food was hot and fast, and the displayed roasted meat made for a cool atmosphere. Read more
Excellent Chinese roast meats. A bit pricey but worth it because it is by far, the best roast duck, char siu and roast pork... belly I have had in the US. The roast pork is well balanced with layers of fat, juicy meat and the crunchiest crackling ever(which has stayed crunchy even as leftovers the next day). The duck is meaty, moist and well seasoned. The bbq pork actuallytastes and looks like char siu should. Have ordered several times and they have been consistent.
