Terrible morning service. I ordered two beverages and they took 25 minutes to be made. Upon pick up, the barista didn't even... look at me or thank me. She had no sense of urgency and her friendliness was extremely lacking. Also, one of my beverages waswrong, so I had to wait more time to get it made. They used the same cup which I thought was odd. What if the person had a foodallergy to the previous drink? I'm dumbfounded that people were allowed to wait that long and leadership didn't step in to help.If someone had been apologetic or even given me a smile, maybe I wouldn't be here complaining. You should really treat all yourcustomers the same, I felt like I was being discriminated against. Won't be coming to this starbucks again. Read more
A beautiful spot. Restrooms very nice and clean. Coffee's good. Love the fireplace for atmosphere.
Honestly this is the best Starbucks I think all starbucks should model themselves after. It's got great music, that's like an... oldies kind of sound that's not distracting but creates a cool atmosphere. Also just really love the vibes here. Read more
First person in the door to get coffee on a Saturday, not sure they enjoyed my positive attitude that early in the morning but... it happens, just leave that "ish" at the door, don't bring it in with you at 5am. Read more
