I came in and they were training staff. I ordered my meal and the service was great. The young man at the window was so polite... and attentive. One of my two favorite Dunkin' locations. I usually plan my trip into town around grabbing my coffee first. Despite the staffing... shortage, they are always friendly and efficient in trying to get people in and out as quickly (and accurately) as possible. Ifthey have to close early there is always a sign posted long before the closing time and clearly posted for people to see. Sadwhen I can't get my coffee but it's understandable in light of the events of the last year and a half. I always see staffwearing gloves and masks which is also a comfort since they are handling food and beverages. Read more
