Excellent hidden gem. Really good Ramen and other Thai dishes. Everything was authentic and tasty. The Vegetable Tempura,... Maru-Katsu, and Shoyu Ramen with Shrimp Tempura were excellent. Come to Maru Ramen whether you live in Ithaca or if you're on your way to Finger Lakes. The place was buzzing with activity on... Saturday afternoon but we were lucky to find a table for 4 without any wait. The food was top-notch - we tried the sushi rolls(shrimp tempura and veggie), the hirata buns (chicken and shiitake mushrooms), the ramen (Tantaramen and Veggie Shiitake), theKorean iced coffee, and a bottle of Ramune. Each of the dishes were really enjoyable and the Ramune and Iced coffee served asperfect complements to the meal. In addition, the service was extremely efficient. The place runs like clockwork! I enjoyed this little restaurant. Ordered the Tantanmen Ramen and it was fantastic. Noodles cooked nicely, the chasu and ground... pork were yummy. I enjoyed the garnishes added to the soup to add a little fun. Broth was fantastic. Spicy with great flavor. Iwould most likely enjoy coming back here to try their other ramens. Read more
