This is possibly THE WORST Burger King on this planet!! Sat in drive thru waiting to order for 20 minutes. Upper management... really needs to better train these horrible workers. Needless to say We ate from another restaurant! Read more
Drive theough staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. Tried to place our order and was ignored. While sitting there we said hello a couple... times and no one answered. Finally after 5 minutes of silence we were told ? you can just drive around you dont have to sitthere. We told her we haven?t ordered and she made some back handed comment on how we should have just said our order. VERY POORcustomer service. Will not return to this burger king. I went through the drive-through at 7:30 at night absolutely no one inside the store or in the drive-through. A lady came across... the intercom and told me to hold for a few minutes. I waited and waited. Until I noticed employees coming out of the back withhis hands in his pants. I spoke up and said to the lady Could I just get a drink. She Told me very rude like that she was themanager and that she was busy bagging other orders and getting other customers foods out. I would have understood and waited andbeen patient had there been a customer in the store or in the drive-through but there was not. I will never go here again theyobviously have poor management and nasty employees. Never in my life have I?ve been talk to you like that. Was on the phone with my husband and the guy working the drive thru said it was going to be 15 minutes before he could take his... order so my husband said that's fine he can wait. But for some reason the guy didn't like the fact that my husband would waitand told him that he wouldn't take his order! They just need to shut down this location they all the time doing stuff like this.It won't be missed if they do shut down and this town will probably celebrate its closing. Read more
