I just so happened to bump into Tim, a custodian at your facility as I was pumping gas and he was cleaning up some spilled... gasoline and removing trash. He casually spoke and we started small talk. The reason for a 4 star is my husband and I asked for extra towels for our shower and didn?t receive any. Other than that we... were pleased with our experience. ALSO!!! Since Denny?s has permanently closed down, the side lot is perfect for Bobtails! Read more

I paid for a year of "Prime Internet" because it claims you can use it for gaming. I have yet to find a single pilot in the... country that has an internet speed that allows for gaming. I intentionally pay for parking to secure a spot and so am alwaysparked at Pilot or Flying J and have not been satisfied by this 4Mb/s average speed INSIDE the building. There is no reason,except ineptitude, for this when companies build wi-fi networks every day with limited issues. The line-of-sight set-up is fineIF it's TURNED THE RIGHT WAY! It's like whoever was contracted to set up this internet either A) didn't care, or B) didn't knowwhat they were doing! Some antennae/routers are facing the wrong way! And it's almost never directed at Prime Parking, meaning Ihave to bring my laptop into busy and noisy truck stops. This is not the luxury I paid for. I figured I would give it a year tosee how it went. Next year TA is getting my money for a comparison test. If that fails, maybe I'll be able to find some sort ofwi-fi system for my truck. But I know this: I won't pay for the gamble of decent internet. It's actually kind of sad when I haveto rely on Denny's Free Internet to game instead of the internet I PAID for to get what I need.
