The worst customer service I have EVER received!!! Called in my order at 5:50 pm it is now 8:36 pm. Called once politely and... just checked to see if my pizza was out for delivery and was told it out for delivery. So an hour later still no pizza. Calledback to request a refund. Well the store manager was VERY rude and very argumentative! The worst experience I have ever dealtwith!! Will never spend another dollar at that place!!! 1 hr and 20 min after receiving a text that my pizza was out for delivery, I called the store to complain that it still hadn?t... arrived. Apparently, the store doesn?t keep track of it?s drivers or their delivery progress, as the manager had no informationfor me. While I waited on the phone, she called the driver who stated she?d been in an accident. While I was sorry to hear that,the driver?s 2nd call, after calling 911, should have been to her boss. Even better, let?s utilize technology to trackdeliveries! (GPS in cars? GPS on drivers? phones? Drivers texting to update the restaurant as deliveries are made?) That?spretty basic technology to provide pretty basic customer service. And, no, I didn?t want the store to make me a new pizza andsend it with the one remaining driver.
