If you are going to be open on Thanksgiving. Maybe you should have enough staff. Came to this location to Dine-in originally had... to wait, even though there was a whole section not being used. Decided to do a take out order instead. They couldn't even getthe order right. Ordered 2 turkey dinners and 2 slices of pumpkin pie. Got the 2 turkey dinner even though one had barely anyfood in and a slice of cheesecake. Had to go back in to have the order corrected. Worse Denny's experience ever! Read more

Denny's is a great late nite spot to get a meal. With so many restaurants not being open for dinner, it can be rough to find a... spot. Denny's came through with good food and convenience. We go to Denny's every Sunday and Sarah is our server at the Jackson, MI restaurant. She is awesome, knows our order by heart... and brings it out perfect and fast. We go to dinner occasionally also. The food is great!!! Love our time there each week. Read more

I had not been to a Dennys in a while . Prices have gone up for sure. My dish was good, my wife had a really good steak! My son... had a nice piece of salmon. The food was very good. We were welcomed politely. Our server was pleasant and attentive. I alwaysrecognize customer service first. Always a good indicator of how the experience will go. If the building is taken care of andclean. Only the cook as control of the food. We had a good cook. Definitely not indicative of all Dennys. I would say I wouldbe back to this location. Read more
