Been on the road for 10+ hours and my son said he wanted dinner. Was trying to get dinner, came to this place after looking for... 30 minutes on i94. I ordered this food ONLINE 15 minutes prior to arriving. The lobby was closed, so I went to the drive thru.By then, a total of 20 minutes passed. Finally got to the window and was told to wait in the front and the pizza was to be givento me in about 5 mins. 15 additional minutes later & i bang on the door. They signal me to go to the drive thru, again.Meanwhile, 15-20 additional customers got their food while I?m STILL in the drive thru AGAIN, WAITING in the back of 5additional people. Worst experience ever as a traveler and I?ve had bad experiences before but this was just negligent. Itdoesn?t take THIS long to get 1 pepperoni pizza well done. The 2 starts is for the food only. Lately I've had to go to the one on E. Michigan and the girl that works the counter there... seems too spaced out. She has no idea what she's doing or what's going on. I stated my order 3 times alone with the price, evenshowed her where it was on the menu, then let her know the price didnt seem right to me. Honestly it was a short but lasting experience. I grew up a rock throw away from the first Little Caesars on ???? Cherry Hill... And Venoy in Garden City. I grew up being a child walking there to get pizza for the family for years. So when I got this ittasted just like it did on my birthdays as a kid. solid pizza ???? and the pepperoni was just perfect. Truly some of the worst pizza and service I've ever had. Ordered a slices and sticks, a crazy bread and a two liter, and we were... told to wait in the parking lot for 5 - 10 minutes while they made our order. 25 minutes later, we ended up going through thedrive-through again because they obviously forgot. Waited another 10 minutes in line and they handed us our pizza. The italianbread part of the pizza was about as thin as a piece of paper and was so overloaded with Italian seasoning and pooled withgrease it was basically inedible. The pizza part of it had little to no sauce on most of it, so it was basically eating cheeseon bread. The crazy bread was OK but there were only 7 instead of the 8 breadsticks that are supposed to be in it (which inormally would NOT complain about, but it was just the cherry on top of the garbage pile). Only good thing about the meal wasthe two liter. We were there over an hour before closing, so the time wasn't an issue either. The lady serving us also appearedto be on cloud 9 too...
