Ever since they've been under new management, the customer service has gone down hill! I ordered form the app and requested pick... up inside since I know the line gets long. The closed the diningroom and never said a thing to ppl who ordered pickup items butyou have to get I'm line to get your food. That defeats the purpose of ordering for pick up inside. Theu could've at leastoffered to bring the food to the door since my food was ready. Not only did you make us get in line, but you tried to serve thatcold food.
