Pretty confused. I ordered delivery 30 min before close, but my order was cancelled via automated system. I don?t have a car or... means to come pick up in person, so I?m pretty disappointed that Dominos couldn?t deliver a basic pizza during open hours. Read more
I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I placed an order and picked it up only to arrive home and find my all items in my... order were undercooked. My pizza and bread bites contained raw dough. I drove all the way back to the store and was met with tworude and unhelpful ladies who refused to rectify my order or offer me a refund. I am throughly disappointed with the attitudeand the service I experienced. Dominos should be ashamed of themselves for their lack of customer service and care forcustomers. I will not return to Dominos and do not recommend that anyone orders from this establishment. Read more
I arrived at the store at approximately 7:37 p.m. They could not find my order and asked me to pull around to the 2nd window. ... Several cars pulled in and left with their order while I sat there. The delivery guy came and left several times. I was stillsitting there in the dark at 8:09 p.m. I went back to the 1st drive thru window where another customer was receiving his food. When I knocked on the window, I was ignored. I knocked harder and was told to hold on. No-one ever came to speak to me. I wentback to the secondary window and waited another 10 minutes before my food was bought out to me. The female handed me my foodwithout saying anything. I asked if they just forgot about me or what? Her face made a look as if I was annoying her with myquestion. I asked for a discount and the acting manager said when I call back to tell them I'm supposed to get five dollarsoff. I really don't expect that to happen. I feel as if I was being shucked and jived. Customer service terrible I get there and had to wait after being told to go ahead and be on my way......once I got there I... still waited for about 15-20 mins only to receive cold Cinnamon twists that they reassured me had just come out the oven.
