Guys were nice. They were out of a lot of things and even though sandwiches were "toasted " they were cold. Place was clean.

They were training a middle aged lady and she was short worded and rude. I ask her to tell me if the total after tax would be... under 5$? Because it was business receipt related..and she only says well i need your money...over looking my ? Altogether. Iwas there a whole 15 min waiting on a single 6 inch sandwich with a coupon. Went close to closing and I gave a tip for the trouble. They were out of the bread I wanted so settled for plain Italian. Got... all three sandwiches home to find all three had hard bread. They had closed so had to microwave just to eat half. I called thismorning to basically be called a liar!! No apologies just denial that the bread was hard. I asked for replacement as I paid38.14 for the meal and was met with resistance. They said they would call me back. After a couple of hours I called them andagain was made to feel like I was a scammer for complaining!! They took my address and said they would send a coupon. Thislocation needs to be trained on what customer service actually is. Gave it 1 star because I had to in order to leave thisreview. Read more
