Our third visit to The Wentworth. We love the hot tub in the room, so much fun. But what is really special is the hotel's... restaurant. Simply amazing food. The Korean bbq short ribs are just the best, really love them. The service is wonderful, also. The hotel was recently purchased by another company and it is apparent that they are keeping the high level of hospitality. Read more

Upon arrival, the Wentworth looked very inviting from the outside decorated porch to the elegant decor inside the main building.... There are two mini ramps to enter the main building if you need to use a wheelchair or use another mobility aid. Check in wasquick and the clerk told me in detail how to get to our room. We decided to stay in the Arden building in Room 403 which is theonly handicap accessible room on the property. It is located at the back of the Arden building. The room is very plain and isnot in good shape. I would not recommend this room to anyone that needs a handicap accessible room until there have beenupgrades to this room. The ramp to the room needs painting and the wooden panels need cleaning due to the green moss. Inside theroom, the rug is very dirty in areas, the furniture is worn, and the fireplace does not work. The bathroom is in need ofrepairs. The ceiling is cracking in three places. The tub is old, cracked, and will not drain properly. There are rust stains onthe threshold of the cracked marble to enter to shower area. The toilet handle of the toilet needs to be held down to flushwhich might be a problem for those with mobility issues with their hands. As for the positives, the bed was very comfortable tosleep in and easy to get into. There is also a pantry where you can access coffee, drinks, and snacks at the front of the Ardenbuilding. There is an easy walkable cement path and a ramp to access this pantry from the outside. There is a handicap parkingspot right outside the room. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was really delicious. I was able to suggestimprovements during my checkout. I also completed the email survey the Wentworth sent me. Overall, I was disappointed in mystay. I was expecting the elegant appearance and experience like many other reviewers had. I'm not too sure if I will return foranother visit. Read more
