The most terrible experience I?ve ever had. My friend and I ordered from the menu board and believed the prices posted were... current. There was a small sign at the bottom indicating a price change had occurred. We had no idea that the prices shown werethe old prices. When we went to pay, we were shocked at how much we had actually paid. The clerk said we should have asked aboutthe prices? Huh? The pastrami sandwich was so thin I actually laughed! I?m used to 4th Street Deli in Philadelphia where theyknow how to make a good sandwich. We were given a teaspoon of cole slaw in a plastic container. Fountain soda machine was brokenso we had to buy bottled drinks, NO ICE either! The bathroom was beyond filthy! Seriously, this place needs to be shut down!Horrible food, horrible staff! Read more
What a wonderful find! Driving by and saw "pastrami" and that suited my mood, so we stopped in for sandwiches. Very friendly... folks. We ordered lean pastrami (one of us needed gluten free bread, which they had) and waited for the kind of mediocrepastrami (might actually be corned beef) that we have become accustomed to locally. They brought out pastrami like I haven't hadin decades. Lean, delicious, and certainly not corned beef. As a bonus, they had chocolate egg cream in the soda fountain. I?ve had take out from here a handful of times, but tonight is the last. This is how they cut salami ? I asked for 1/2 pound and... got 5 slices this thick. How is this edible on a sandwich? Service wasn?t very good either? Read more
Went there on September 15,2022, First time here and met the owner & hostess both very friendly, the place is immaculate. We... ordered 2 large Pastrami sandwiches on rye with macaroni salad and Old Fashioned Chocolate Egg Cream Drinks, & square knishes,the sandwiches were huge and the Pastrami's were delicious. Upon speaking with the owner he said that he is from Brooklyn andall of the food comes from Brooklyn. I think we found our new place to get Pastrami sandwiches, we will definitely be back. Read more
