Just left the newly renovated store & WOW I?m so happy with the delicious bagels & extremely nice young man working there.... Excellent customer service & the sweetest disposition. He was so extremely nice & pleasant. Read more
Great bagels. Fast, friendly service (expect a little slower on weekends, as they do have a good customer base!). A HUGE variety... of specialty butters and cream cheeses, the likes of which I have never seen. (Can you say, Bacon Butter?!) Read more
My experience here was ok, and definitely could have been better with a little more attention. I ordered Avacado Wrap, but upon... eating it at home, I discovered it was missing lettuce, avocado, and tomatoes. I was upset, but it still looked good and tastedgood as I took my first bite. However, there was some bites that contained this grit, crunchy almost like sand. I would tryagain, even though my wrap was missing key ingredients, I trust next time it will not be. Read more
I?ve been going to Bagel Exchange for a year or two because it?s convenient for me, but they consistently get my order wrong. On... multiple occasions they?ve left out something like a side or an extra topping that I paid for, but the food I did get wasusually served quickly and tasted good, so I was willing to overlook it. The final straw for me came when I entered the storerecently and saw that not a single customer was wearing a protective mask. In the past, I?ve also seen employees wearing theirmasks improperly with their noses uncovered. Clearly, management does not enforce a strict mask policy and is not serious aboutthe safety of themselves, their employees, or their customers. The public health implications of this also make me wonder whattheir general food safety practices are like. I will not be going back, even after the pandemic is over, as an establishmentthat cares so little about public health and safety does not deserve my money. Read more
