We came in and ordered our food. Everything was fine at first our server brought our drinks. That was the last time we saw her... for about 10 minutes. She came and took our order it took 45 minutes just to get cold food. It tasted horrible this is afrequent dish that we get. She never came to check on us we sat with empty drinks. Extremely disappointed when we went to leaveafter paying she was very very rude. She was snappy the whole time but the last thing was just disrespectful. Horrible customerservice!!! Read more
The Margarita Grilled Chicken was good but tasted nothing like a margarita. The chicken was juicy, however, had it not been for... the loaded mashed potatoes it would have not been seasoned enough. Our watress was great though she struggled to explain thedishes to us before we ordered. Also they were out of frozen margarita mix and it was no where near closing time. This location definitely deserves no stars! It is by far the worst Chili?s I?ve ever been to. I met a group of friends after... work. We went in about 3:30 p.m. The entire restaurant was FILTHY! There were maybe about 10 people dining in. My friends and Iwaited for about 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Finally a staff member walked up to us, no greeting at all andstated it would be a 30-45 minute wait. We were confused because the restaurant was nearly empty. We asked why? She said becausethey only had ONE table that would seat 5 people even though there were 20 or more empty tables and booths. I will not be goinghere again. I?m glad I didn?t spend any money. The food was good but service was not. We have had problems the last three times going but thought we be give them another try.... We waited 10-15 minutes for a waitress that walked by us multiple times only to have her go to a large table that came in afterus to get there order. When I said something she got frustrated with me saying that we were definitely not there before them. Igot my appetizer after my food arrived then was told I would not pay for it but did which was ok because I still ate it. Nevergot refills on drinks. Manager tried to help. Needless to say me and my wife will not go back. I understand they are shortstaffed but I own a company and go out of the way to make sure all my customers and future costumers are always happy.
