Received an email from Genghis grill that if I download the app I get a free small bowl, chef bowl I believe. So I downloaded... the app and went through the options and decided on the shrimp teriyaki chef bowl because I figured the pineapple would reallyset It off. I placed my curbside order. Upon my arrival I let them know that I was there a total of four times through the app,but my order was never brought to the car. I sat there almost 7 minutes so I get out and go in I go to the to go counter where Iwas never acknowledged. The emoyee cooking in the back is looking at me and there's another employee walking around doing otherthings however nobody ever acknowledges me. So I looked through the orders on the counter and I found mine, grabbed it and wentto the car. I looked at my order and realize that my protein is chicken not shrimp like I ordered. So I go back in and I tellthe lady that it's wrong or whatever and she goes to get it fixed. So I get it home and I'm disgusted this bowl has no flavor.The sauce is like water so all the seasonings and everything that it was cooked with is in the water at the BOTTOM of the bowl.Nothing had seasoning or taste to it. the only thing that had flavor is the pineapple. Service was quick and I liked we got to pick all our own stuff to be fried up. Lots of meat and veggie choices, as well as... sauces. They were quick to do the cooking and bringing the food to our table. Also quick with drinks. A great place for areasonably priced and good tasting meal. Read more

I first began dining at this location around 2012. Then, it was a great experience. However, over the years it has steadily... declined. December 4th was my most recent visit. Over the last few visits the first thing I've noticed when coming in is thestench. It smells as if the floor is being mopped with the previous nights water. That chemical bleach smell mixed with mildewand stagnation. Almost as if the water has become rancid. Not a good first impression for a restaurant that has a buffet ofuncooked meat. I ordered one of their pre-made bowls from the menu this time. It tasted as if it was not only pre-made butpre-packaged. It didn't seem fresh. The rice was not finished and crunchy. The steak was stringy. The icing on the cake is howexpensive this has become over the years. The price, at this location, does not match the atmosphere or experience. As of now, Irecommend a pass.
