Stopped on the way home to grab supper. When I entered the building there wasn't an employee in sight. I waited for 6 to 8... minutes before I saw the first employee ( only reason I saw them then was because the phone was ringing and it was by the cashregister). To me that's a long time for nobody to be upfront manning your store. Finally the girl got off the phone and told meshe would send someone out to take my order...she had to come back and take it herself. Never one time did she greet me, smileor even act like she was happy to have a job. Finally 2 more employees came from the back (might I say the most miserablelooking employees I've ever seen). Spent over $50 to get narrow, thin sandwiches and fries that taste like baby food. I should have made these at home myself. How... does the order get rung up correctly but made incorrectly? The workers/cooks on 9/23/22 @ 8:17pm can not read or did not careto. We were way to tired to turn around and get the sandwiches fixed when we got home. Usually, we check our order before weleave any establishment but again we were tired. No fixings just meat. Pitiful. Servers and service should have been alotbetter. A young man rung us up on the register with greasy gloves. I did mention it to him. I said, "Do you want to change yourgloves." He said, "No." At least he took them off and washed his hands afterwards, but I feel he only did that because I saidsomething to him. It was uncomfortable watch. A young woman and young man was flirting when they should have prepared mysandwiches with some love. Another young man, held our order out, whilst I was talking to my husband with my back turned and hedid not say a word. He just stood there looking; no excuse me or ma'am, nothing. It was my husband who noticed him after amoment. My husband called this establishment to see if there could be something done about our order the next visit, but no oneanswered nor could a voicemail be left because the box was full. I have given them SEVERAL chances. Now granted the experience in the restaurant may be different. I always order through Waitr.... My food is NEVER right. I always get my sandwiches with NO ONIONS because they are disgusting. They even write NO ONIONS on thepaper the sandwich is wrapped in. Then you open it and the sandwich has EXTRA onions. I will never order from here again...You'd think for something that is so expensive they could afford to hire employee's that can read. Read more
The one star is being overly generous, but Google knows everything... Ordered for pickup via Uber eats and was notified a short... time later it was ready. I make the 10 minute drive and arrive only to find that not only was it not ready to pick up. It hadnot even been started. I watched them place it on the grill as they told me it was just getting finished up. Mine was the onlyorder on the grill. I watched you literally take the meat out of the cooler and put it on the grill. Dude, Be for real... Hedidn't seem to understand why I was upset that 20 minutes had passed since I was told my order was ready for pickup. But man hewas excited that they had cleared all the orders off the screen. Before they even put my food on. I don't know this guy's namebut rest assured I know his uncovered blonde hair that was hovering around the open grill that had my food on it.. dancingaround looking like Beavis... hope he never tries to interview in one of My 9 stores. On second thought, I wonder how he'd feelabout it if I made him wait 29 minutes in total and then tell him to have a good day his interview was just finishing up.
