We visited Miazgas during our Yellowstone vacation, and let me just say my family and I enjoyed every aspect of it. The service... was great, the servers were kind, and the food was great! I got chicken fettuccine Alfredo and it was quite heavy but it wasvery good. What I enjoyed the most, however, was the hot spinach dip and the pierogis (potato and cheese). For dessert, I had aneclair, and the cream inside was just right and not too sweet. The cream on the top balanced out the less sweet cream and Ithoroughly enjoyed the whole thing. Amazing food, good service, but expensive and slow (like every restaurant in Jackson). They charge extra for the “special”... pierogis, which I didn’t know or at least didn’t read on the menu… seems excessive. Excellent dessert options, and Iappreciated the local beer. If there was such thing as a 6 star review, Miazga’s still wouldn’t get enough credit. Miazga’s is a small bar and... restaurant owned by a hockey mom located on the highway. The pasta here is some of the best my friend has ever had, and mymodified Bleu Bird was astronomically tasty. Miazga’s is definitely the best restaurant in town.
