Only place I know where you order and pay for a LARGE pizza but get a medium one - no apologies. This is why they're losing... business from local folks. Read more
Don't order pizza from here. I put an order in for a pizza, came to the store and had to wait an additional 40 mins. Was told my... pizza wasn't ready but I could see my medium pizza on top the stove in the box. Alright so I wait some more. Another customerthat ordered after me comes in and their order is "READY" and they hand them my pizza. Wait another 10 mins then I'm told yourpizza is ready but it's a large box so ok. I get home and sure enough it's NOT my pizza. I should be happy getting a large overa medium but nope not here. $13.99 for a large pepperoni but I paid a little over 16 for mine with the extra toppings. I am one to notice all things both good and bad. Casey's convenience in Jackson Center Ohio has afforded me afforded me a lot of... one and not much of the other. However, my visit this morning at roughly 6 AM was delightful. I was lucky enough to have thedry sarcsastic humor of Ms. Susan, the laughter and enthusiasm of Ms. DEE DEE, And a clear view of the hard working Samanthaand a colleague working diligently in the back room. It was obvious today there are those today who still take pride in whatthey are doing and providing great smiles in customer satisfaction. I give Casey's a solid 4 stars for today's effort!
