20 min wait for empty tables after waiting 10 min to even be addressed. Something wrong with that. As host sat at table doing... nothing. Waited there 20 min 40 min to this point customer service is very pour service. Kept telling us the kitchens backed up.(Suggestions) worry more about customers then being able to walk out door when they close. Don?t bother taking names if yourgoing to seat people that just walk in cause there your friends. I will not recommend this place to anyone. This location is in need of quality management. When we entered the hostess decided to take a personal call talking to her mom... about white boards that she needed. Finally she seats us, family of 5. We sat for approximately 15 mins with no waitresses oranyone coming over. This is the second time that I have been to this location with poor service. I ordered take out through the automated system and was given a pickup time of 8:14. I arrived a few minutes early but ended up... waiting until about 8:25 before receiving my food. It looked like they were fully staffed, I noticed several servers outsidejust hanging out. I understand that under staffing has become an issue with a lot of restaurants but I don't believe that wasthe problem. Good service seems to have become a thing of the past. Exteriors are bit deceptive, but inside it has nice-comfy booths, nice dining tables, Bar. Lunch was good with Shrimp Bowl just... yummy. Service was quick and on the point. Decent food variety.
