Had a great breakfast here last week and I absolutely loved the ice coffee! I highly recommend that. The rest of my meal tasted... just as good as other Bob Evan's I've been to, most chains are the same, but will review them anyway. This restaurant is smallerthan the other Bob Evan's I've been to, which really surprised me that it was small for being in a big city. Our waitress wasvery nice and friendly and since we met up with a family friend of ours who's gone to this Bob Evans before that he knew ourwaitress and we all had a conversation with her. Food is OK. The food unfortunately, is inconsistent. I typically order family style meals when I don't feel like cooking dinner.... However, the Fried chicken was not fry thoroughly. Therefore, I literally had to come home and refry my chicken breast. Read more
Been here a few times, I found the food to be ok diner food. This time I tried the cod which was a good crisp batter, fish and... chips style and large filet. Cooked very well with moist flaky fish inside. Mash potatoes with chicken gravy was pleasantlysurpisingly good and savory. I like how their breakfast bacon is actually crisp, better than most places. They're always busy soget there early. I realize my server had to deal with a 9 tabletop, but even after they had left, we still were there from 1030and didn't get out till 1220ish as we had to wait a while to get our bill, refills, and to go boxes, as we saw several tablesfinish and clearout before us, even though they got here later than we did. Honey fried chicken with 2 sides, choices of any 2 biscuit, banana nut bread or rolls. Had broccoli and slaws as sides with... biscuit and banana nut bread. Order 1 day ahead of time and nothing was ready. The place was a zoo. I had curbside pickup number don?t work. No organization.... I was to pick up my dinner at 1 pm and at 145 I?m still waiting. Brian white manager is terrible. He doesn?t know what going on. Read more
