Went on a recommendation and was disappointed. The brisket was quite dry and the ribs had a burnt coating on the outside. Even... the sweet potato was like mush. I've been trying to find somewhere in Saint Augustine that comes close to Texas Roadhouse, but Iguess we have to keep going to Palm Coast. Read more
Went here with my family. We havent been to bonos in over a year probably. Got seated fast but then waited so long just to get a... server. I seen other people standing looking for the server as well. Order our food finally and waited on that. We cracked theblind on the window because it felt so dark and the server pretty much yelled at us telling us to close it because they don'tlike it open. So we did. Got the food my collard greens were gross and the chicken was almost dry. I was really disappointedwith the whole experience. I will never go back to this location. Read more
Food here is as good as expected from a traditional BBQ place. Dining room service is good but prefer to pick up food which is... where this place loses stars. First, when placing an order online, it'd be nice to be able to choose a future time to picksomething up (and not have the ONLY option of ASAP). What's the point of "choosing" a time when there are no options? Also,accuracy is horrible and calling to inform someone of an error gets no apology or offer to make it up on the next visit. Acustomer shouldn't need to check accuracy on a 2-item order especially if the restaurant isn't extremely busy (isn't that theidea behind tipping?). Perhaps the workers assembling pickup/takeout orders should be given a 2-week training & orientationsession when they get hired due to the extreme difficulty of the tasks. Read more
I come to this location regularly, I always get the Turkey and sausage platter with Mac N Cheese and Corn Nuggets. And I must... point out that I only get a 30 minute lunch break and I am always in and out in just under 25 minutes, and the service is still5 star quality and they serve up good quality food. If you are looking for great food and service and you only have very littletime for lunch, I strongly recommend that you vidit this Bono's Location, they will not let you down.
