Very disappointed. Haven't been back in a while and today we went back just to end up asking for a refund. I tried to explain to... them that they handed me a melted blast thinner than some milkshakes I've had. They excused it with "we're short staffed" and"you can talk to my manager" and "the blast machine makes them really soft" (um, what?) so I asked for a refund instead. I triedto explain that people don't wait in 90-100° weather, in the sun, for 25 minutes to get a bad product and poor service at that- the service (and I mean the making of the ice cream, not waiting to get to the window) was extremely slow which caused theblast to sit and melt while each individual order was made with no urgency at all; she wasn't receptive so I said ok, sheslammed the little screen window and proceeded to apologize to another customer for having to deal with an upset customer. The ice-cream is absolutely awesome. The service Has always been really nice as well. They also offer military discounts and... discount/bogo mailer coupons. Never had a freeze, mixer, or ice-cream there I didn't like. It is a little pricey but the qualityis definitely there. Read more
The lines are long, but the service is fast and exceptional. So far, I've tried the peanut butter chocolate milkshake which is... amazing IMO. On a separate visit I tried the hot fudge sundae and it was also delicious! Last night we tried the dragon fruitfreeze and it did not disappoint! Read more
The best place around for ice cream. You will have to fight a tone of traffic and you may have to wait a while in line, but it... is worth it. I love their hot fudge brownie with ice cream. My kids get a single scoop of vanilla or mint chocolate chip. Read more

Went here on my granddaughters 5th birthday because she wanted ice cream, my granddaughter told the clerk what she wanted which... was strawberry ice cream w/ strawberry topping. I ordered 2 smalls for both girls 5 and 2 years old, service was okay. Buteither you weren't paying attention or you thought I was stupid enough to let, you charge me for 2 small adult sized cups whenyou Cleary see my grands and she told you what she wanted. Really? It was corrected when I pointed it out in which I shouldn'thave been overcharged anyway. I tasted the 2 year olds ice cream and it was mediocre at best, it had a slight sour taste to it.I was better off getting Blue bell ice cream which is way better tasting and not OVERPRICED as this.
