DO NOT EAT HERE.. My BACON king burger did not have any bacon or cheese or anything, just meat, bread and ketchup, it was even... missing one of the meat Patty's. The cashier was extremely rude and they did not even give us a receipt so we could get thisresolved. DO NOT EAT HERE. This exactly why I go the opposite direction on Merrill can't get food not burned( to a freaking crisp) or correct (don't ask... then still don't get it correct) to save they life. And no ion wanna turn around and exchange it nope. Rather serve old food I'massuming so the staff can eat the fresh food cause that's the vibes I get in Jacksonville. Country Ratchet and Lazy!!!!!!!!!!!!! The corporate could've saved their money renovating cause it wasn't the building but it's definitely theineffective and inefficient staff. Service was terrible... I waited 30 minutes for a order that was still wrong .employees all act as if no one had any... experience including the Manager who's crew walked around not doing much of anything.by the time my order finally was completedthe rest of my food was cold.( who eats a burger at room temperature?) We had to! The Manager did his best...but the crew andtheir laziness, their inexperience, lack of prompt professional service, and lack of knowledge for the term "Job-1"...reallydisappointed me. Today?s date is 5-18-2022. Today I kindly placed an order via drive thru around 9:45 AM. The woman who took my order was... extremely unpleasant and tried to engage me in an argument. This woman needs to be held accountable for her rude dismissivebehavior and lack of communication. You cannot just roll out of bed report to work and treat and talk to customers anyway youfeel like it. Not only is good customer service important but the representation of a franchise is as well.
