Tried the new Prime Rib sandwich. It was delicious.
This location was out of everything! The staff did not pay attention to the customers. There was only one young man on the... register who did try to be helpful. Thankfully the subs were good. The dining room didn't look very clean to me. I won't be backto this location. Read more
I have always loved Firehouse. My favorite is the New York Steamer, the last 3 times I have ordered it has been a huge... disappointment. They either changed vendors with their corned beef or they are buying a much less quality meat. By the time youtrim all the fat from the corned beef there isn't much left. Read more

Possibly overly friendly. They were great at communicating and reassuring me how allergies are handled however they messed up... not only my sandwich (the allergy one), but my son's sandwich too and his all they needed to do was add lettuce and put the BBQon the side.
