I normally stop at another location near my house on the other side of town, but, I was really hungry the other night and... stopped here..and I'm so glad I did!! Ya'll were really busy, and that parking lot is something else..but I was greeted quicklyand kindly by the staff and my order was taken quickly by the young lady at the register. The line was super friendly and theyworked seamlessly together. You could tell they were trying to get everyone's sandwiches made correctly, and they werecommunicating very well together to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. What a Great team!! I think the young man thatended up handing me my sandwich said his name was Chase ? He was very friendly, had a big smile and told me to have a greatnight! I have to tell you that lately, customer service skills has really gone downhill in the world, but the staff at thislocation has me thinking I may travel all the way out this way for my sandwiches from now on. I ordered two subs online, I specifically do this so 1. It gives them time to make it 2.They can see exactly what we want on... each sandwich and there is no verbal miscommunication. My husband picked the sandwiches up and sadly didn?t check it before hebrought it home. The sandwiches were poorly made, slapped together to be specific, we got toppings we didn?t ask for, we didn?tget the toppings we asked for and the sandwiches were completely incorrect even though we named each sandwich. It was like theybasically said they don?t care what we ordered they?re going to give us whatever. Probably the stupidest order ever received. Who makes a Philly cheesesteak with just meat, raw onions and Mayo. Obviously they... care nothing about there job! I?m now heating my meat, grilling the onions and adding my own cheese. People that work in thefood industry could care less these days. Obviously they hate their jobs.
