The general manager at this location is the rudest, most obnoxious, and unprofessional manager I have ever seen in my life. I... ordered a burger at the counter. When it was handed to me it looked nothing like what the picture it showed. It was theflattest, tiniest trash burger I have ever seen. I told the lady general manager that I didnt want it because it lookeddisgusting and nothing like what the picture showed. She threw an absolute fit in front of me, the employees, and the customers.She was very loud, calling me out, and saying things about me in front of everyone in the store. I cant believe the generalmanager would behave that way. Especially in front of everyone. Never call a customer out like that, talking about them, andbelittling them in front of everyone! Either you can return something before you eat it or you cant! Simple as that. She shouldhave returned my money with professional courtesy, and not throw a hissy fit about it in front of everyone. The staff are friendly,and patient. The past few times I went i had went for my office, several orders, several coupons and lots... of payment cards. Not once was staff showing any hint of impatience, and manager slid up to help the young employee. Together itwas perfectly handled. Read more
