Order the chicken parmesan with the soup. I was expecting a tiny cup of thin broth, but they bring out this huge bowl full of... thick Italian stew. My only comment would be it was very heavy on the pepper but I was amazed at the quantity andquality. Ordered the chicken parmesan and it was also very good. Again, I know it's nitpicking but I would have preferred tohave one thick piece of chicken over two thin ones, but that's just me. Moved into the neighborhood a few years ago and have eaten here more times than I can count. Go to pizza is a Sicilian buffalo... chicken but the eggplant is good too. Only problem is that they took the marsala off the menu and it was the best! Read more
Family dinner and first time here. This place is an institution on this side of town. Ample parking in back, loved the food and... of course the company! We had cheese bread delish baked bread daily, stuffed mushrooms yummy, calzones, pizza and fettuccineAlfredo with shrimp. Every thing was delicious. We did not have dessert but the have a awesome variety to choose from. They onlynot so good thing.. they carry Pepsi product and am a Coca-Cola gal..but no worries I called ahead brought my own ????. I have driven past by this restaurant many times over the years. Too busy to stop and try them out. Well I stopped yesterday... 10/15/2022. Once inside I picked a table for two being I was single. But I also wanted to watch the College Football game thatwas on the TV in my area. I was given a paper menu and I checked out what they had to offer. A lot of food I was first thinkingabout having Spaghetti but I don't like A lot and with sauce very little. So I ordered a Medium Pizza with light sauce andcheese. With only Italian Sausage on it. The waitress told me it takes 35 minutes for the pizza to come out. So I waiteddrowning myself in Dr Pepper. When my pizza came out it looked good but I noticed the Italian Sausage was shaven pieces. I firstthought I was eating a flat "Philly Steak Sandwich" A lot of cheese was on the pizza to me and sauce that for me to eat my pizzaI had to scrape cheese and sauce off each slice before I ate it. Before my pizza came out I saw another table had orderedchicken wings and garlic knots. Which I will try next time. My pizza was good but I would rather have what I ordered lightcheese and light sauce. Italian food is very rich for my system and I'm not a huge fan of cheese. But I will return for anothermeal someday.
