I read about LA Nota on yelp and decided to give it a try. The food was delicious. It's traditional Spanish food with big... flavor. The waitress did not speak any English so be prepared for a little challenge with communicating. They had salsa musicplaying in the background which was fun. The downfalls were that the table I sat at had not been wiped down after the lastguest, and I found the food to be a little pricey. It cost $50 for 2 people to eat lunch. The food was standard, not amazing at all. We order the sancocho, the mondongo, cachapa with pernil and Special of the day the... pollo guisado. We also bought some Venezuelan items that they sell over there, the worst part was I paid $160 and I didn?t geta receipt. I asked for and when the waitress gave it to me, the receipt had item overpricing, some items were not showing theprice on the menu or what show on shelfs. Always trying to take advantage of someone. That is not fair that is a dishonestservice. Trying to robber the money of your clients.
