Pulled in and pulled right up to the menu, no cars in line. Female taking drive through orders was less than attentive. Every... time I spoke to say what I wanted she said hold on, then just stopped responding all together. Asked for side of sauce, told toask at the window. Asked for white rice, radio silence. Pulled forward. Apologized to by young man at window for the lack ofcommunication at the menu. Bag was quickly shoved at me. Asked again , as instructed, for sauce. Assured it was there. No, it?snot, we have now discovered. Maybe just maybe slow down a little and try to give some actual CUSTOMER SERVICE. Try to rememberyour food is not that great so if your customer service is lacking you don?t have much to offer. I?m thankful for my localChinese restaurant. It was good. The young lady serving me was shy and I think the manager sent her over to apologize. It was no big deal at all and... I spoke with her and said I felt fine and wasn?t upset and hope she was doing well and nothing came of this. Place was VERYclean. Well lit, well staffed, service was prompt. Parking lot was very clean too. I?d say it?s a safe area. The food was goodand so were the portions. The manager was visible and attentive. Made eye contact. Everything went great and I was happy. I havevisited a few times. It?s a great option for pick ups and drop offs at the airport and before a movie. My one Con: As I waswalking in, I noticed an employee likely taking a brake and smoking a cigarette. That?s fine, I just don?t like to know thepeople handling my food just smoked. Every Time! Something on our order gets screwed up at this location. Hope somebody enjoys my dinner that I ordered. Seafood... allergy and they give us shrimp. Smh. Called up there as soon as I got home and noticed it, nobody will answer the phone, evenafter calling and letting it ring over and over. Also, stop undercooking your rice just because you?re busy. I wish I would have read the other reviews before I bought food from here because I wouldn't have done it!! This was so... bad.?????????? The noodles were so DRY and tasted like paper, I had to spit them out immediately!!???? I was scarred to eat thebeef and the broccoli ???? was so hard. The fried rice was just as dry and tasteless as the noodles. The grilled chicken was theonly saving grace. Sorry Panda...this was my first and last visit. I literary wasted $47.
