Liked the new unique look of the setting of ordering, picking up, tables etc. Really like this place. My kids asked to go back... again. Stir fry chicken bowl i thought may be a bad idea to try but it was actually really delicious. My son loved his mac ncheese. Read more
I usually love Panera but this location blew my mind. 1. The order taker did not specify that we had to ask for chicken in the... new Baja Bowl they had and gave us the wrong thing, we asked for some assistance from some of the employees and none were ableto help and were combative so we had to ask for the manager, the manager made it right but as I was pulling my bread bowl apartthere was a hair coming with the bread, I did not bring this up to management because at this point it was already difficult toget assistance with the first issue. Sadly, not a good experience at this Panera. We waited a total of 45 mins in the drive thru for a few bagels and a breakfast... sandwich. We were told to go wait in the parking lot after given half the order. After waiting in the car for 10 more mins, Iwent in and they still hadn't made the breakfast sandwich. Ugh...not good....but they did offer a free cookie for the long wait! Read more
Got a bowl of soup received no bread for it, also was not asked what kind of drink and got up charged for one separately. Got a... spicy chicken sandwich that was supposed to have pickles and all that jazz and it only came with lettuce. The chicken itself wasdry as hell, tried to call and they answered then immediately hung up. The person at the window was absolutely horrible and wasno help and made ordering far more difficult than it needed to be. Also forgot my bag of chips. All around -10/10 ???????? Read more

Came in for dinner with my two children, my one year old was having a mini melt down from being hungry. The man at the counter... was so sweet and patient. He even gave me a cookie for my son until or food came. He then brought my food over to me. He wasvery kind and very helpful.
