Under-done pizza and the young man running the register was rude to my husband when he requested red pepper, he just replied No... and didn't even look. When the man in back making pizza realized what just happened he went and grabbed some red pepper and gaveit to my husband. This Pizza Hut is where I ordered one of my first meals when I got to Jacksonville. I didn't have the pleasure of walking into... the store, I ordered for delivery. As far as my delivery order, the pizza was just like I remember from the time that I workedthere back in the late 90's. I'd like to encourage the leadership of the store to keep up the good work. I'm disappointed. We usually love their food but this is 4 of 4 orders of mostly raw dough! It's disgusting! We can cook it... ourselves to correct, but should we have too? And this time our double order of chicken wings was partially raw as well! I knowyou're trying to make your times but at what cost? I feel like this should be a refund or gift card at this point. Pizza is always good on a movie night. The pizza was decent and for a cheap price!! Always good in a clinch.
