If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a total joke did an online order go in the drive-thru and wait over 30 minutes... for food I could have sat down at a restaurant and ordered an eight and had a drink by the time I was fed at Popeyes Read more
Used to live in Florida and was somewhat familiar with the west side of Jacksonville. I live out of state now but I was nearby... visiting the cemetery. Love Popeyes food but this location is pretty rough, to be polite. Very loud, employees constantlyshouting at each other. Doors slamming, employees and others loitering in front of the store. Probably advisable to use thedrive through if you must come here. It's a small plot of land to have squeezed in a drive through fast food restaurant. Parkingand drive through area is tight. Read more
Just a suggestion - we all know everyone is short staff these days - if you are working drive thru and you are busy doing other... things then let the person waiting to place order that you will be with them in a few - instead you say nothing and the customeris left wondering if you are still serving them- all it takes is "I will be with you in a few I am having to do more than onejob" and then come back with an update- also when you are out of an item - let the customer know beforehand so that when theyorder you aren't saying "we are out of that" especially if you are out of multiple items. Either let us know what you do have orwhat you don't have. Staff need to be trained and held accountable for the service they are providing. Now a days the staffclearly show they couldn't careless about whether the customer comes back to your establishment. Read more
The food was good. Service, not so much. We put in three orders online. Prior to our 10-minute ride up there, get there and have... to wait in line for 10 minutes just to be told they haven't even "pulled our orders yet." We then waited another 20 minutes toget our food. And it wasn't because they were understaffed! There were at least 7 employees, just in the front that we couldsee.
