Loved the bar and drinks!!! The food was eh, we had chef special linguine with mushrooms and I added scallops (the scallops were... AMAZING) Next was steak frites and the steak was mediocre and not to temp. The fries were delicious though. Appetizer we hadescargot and they were good but not anything I would want to come back for. My husband and I decided to finally try Orsay for happy hour. They asked if we were celebrating anything in particular and we... told the hostess it was our anniversary. Shortly after we sat down, they brought over complimentary champagne. Great list ofwine, beer and cocktails to choose from with unique names like hey jealousy and Czech please! We tried several items from thesmall bites menu, all were delicious. My favorite was the potato croquettes. I did expect the escargot to have more flavor, Ifeel like I’ve had better. AMAZING RESTAURANT!!! The food is extremely high quality, very tasty and the service is great! We are so happy that we found... this place spontaneously, as we are only in Jacksonville for a couple days.
