It has been a while since I last had food from the Jacksonville Rosati?s but decided to give them another try. I was pleasantly... surprised! Previously the pizza sauce was a bit sour due to a lot of wine ???? I guess. However, this time the sauce had theright sweetness and it was absolutely delicious ????! I also had the Italian beef. The way I had it is dunked/dipped in au zuswith mozzarella cheese and hot and sweet peppers ?????. Everything about it was great, including the crinkle cut fries that werepiping hot and well seasoned. The food was plentiful for the price. All around a great experience. Read more

They have very inconsistent quality. Been here a few times and we always order the 14" deep dish. When they are on it, they're... on it. You can go in another time and the toppings are sparce, which is unacceptable for a $41.00 carry-out 14" pizza. Thereceipt photo was from the day they were on it, and that day the pizza was excellent. Read more

I eat here all the time , considering I?m from Chicago and love and miss the food from home. I was going to order online and... came across recent reviews today. Kind of found the last 2 or 3 reviews interesting , to start off with Chicago deep dish aresupposed to be thick otherwise they are true Chicago deep dish , and second the two Calzone reviews are quite comical, ricottaon a calzone is how the way do it on new your style not Chicago , being from Chicago they literally come with pizza sauce andcheese and whatever else you want to add on them , people need to read and understand the menu before spending money thensharing disappointments that are honestly self inflicted. This place has great food especially this location and I?ve always had5 star customer service 95% of the time . Reviews like this can hurt small business especially when you don?t read before youbuy something , thank y?all for being open and doing a great job Read more

I ordered two calzones. What I got were two giant pizza pockets full of pizza sauce and no cheese. I called to correct the... issue, was told ?that?s how we make it.? You can?t even eat this trash. If I wanted to eat pizza sauce, I would have gone toWalmart and bought a can of it. Wasted my money. I don?t know how this establishment can still be in business. I haven?t metanyone who enjoys eating just pizza sauce. Go anywhere but here, unless you like wasting money on false Advertisement. Also, terrible customer service. Extremely rude. The sign says ?Cheese Calzone?? we?re is the cheese? You can?t call it a ?CheeseCalzone? if there?s no cheese. Maybe I should open up my own food truck, advertise that I?m selling chili, but actually givethem a bowl of sauce with a single chili bean. Same thing right? Or how about a bar that sells a drop of beer in a glass fullof water? At least the water is consumable without throwing up. You go to a store to put sustenance into your body, notregurgitate up what you already consumed. Maybe I should just sell ?Red Paint? with a drop of red paint inside a pail of bluepaint. Or how about a ?4-wheeler? that has 4 wheels of various sizes on a block of wood with no engine, petals, seat. This issuch a great business idea. Who cares about business ethics or returning customers? It?s 2022, nobody cares about that, right? Read more
