Had a great meal & service ( lunch wasn't busy.) Enchilada was good ( beef & red sauce.) Hard shell was better than soft (... beef.) Service was on point:) The only thing I didn't like was the beef was REALLY greasy. Terrible experience!! Our waitress was so rude! Food was dripping in grease! Once she brought our food out she didn?t come back... to the table at all so we had to go to the front to get the check and pay while she had an attitude the whole time we werechecking out. Salsa de Hodges is a very beautiful restaurant. I loved the decorations and the overall ambiance! It really makes you feel like... in a typical Mexican restaurant. The tables and chairs are pieces of art! We were welcomed with a plate of nachos and salsa, astypical in Mexican restaurant. The food was served very quickly, it was very warm and simply delicious. The drinks were alsovery good! The Jalapeno Margarita I had was balanced perfectly. I thought the price was a little high, but it was definitelyworth for the quality o the service and the food. Had a great lunch with virtually no wait. I don't understand while it wasn't super busy because the food was delicious and the... service was good.
