I just became a member this year and i have been to the store 7 times in 2 months and every single time i go the line is always... horrible and the workers are all going very slow. They are super sweet but the lack of motivation is a serious problem , thesoda is always out and food has been cold every time except once. Every one in line today was complaining. I was the secondperson in line and it took well over 20 minutes to get my food order and then given to me. I wasn't going to post this thinkingthat maybe it was a one time thing but it definitely isn't and i had to share now. Read more
