Me and my friends walked in and the first thing a worker told us is that they were closed? at 3:00pm. When me and my sister... ordered the same random worker proceeded to take a picture of us on Snapchat without our consent. I also ordered an iced matchalatte and they gave it to me hot, when I told them I asked for iced they proceeded to make me a new one then blamed me for theirown mistake. Later on when me and my friends were sitting in the dinning area, the same worker who took a random picture of meand my sister rolled out of their break room in a rolling chair and proceeded to make a TikTok making sure we were all in thebackground, then rolled away. We were judged from the second we walked inside and we weren?t even doing anything wrong. Theworker who kept taking pictures and videos was an adult while me and my friends were minors. I dont know what coffee I did get but it is absolutely not what I ordered. they put a sticker over the lip of the cup, which... would be fine if it wasnt the crustiest sticker to remove leaving sticker residue ALL over where you would put your lips to.other than that the sandwich was lukewarm to cold in areas.
