Last Friday I came into your store, close to closing time. there was a elderly woman in front of me and was being treated rude.... the person on the other side of the counter a black female short hair fair complexion, was cursing and there was a bug on thecounter. I said there is a gug. and she took the hand sanitizer and beat the bug and then said she wasn't serving anybody guy..she went to the back of the store left all three of us standing there and was cussing out her boyfriend or whoever and so weleft out of the store and as we was leaving out of the store we went to another Subway. where the service was just as poor. wesee her walking and still cussing. I've tried to call the manager several times and every time you call they say that themanager is not in and just hang up the phone. this is very poor customer service. and if I can find the corporate number I amreporting your store as I did the other store.it's sad to say that you have came to this and that Subways are just crummy... nowand I'm going to put it on the news ...and you never know who's filming you because someone did film all this you need to lookat your camera so. Arrive at the location at 4:03 pm. Noticed people sitting inside at a table. Pulled both doors and they were locked. Worker... inside said we're closed. If that were the case NO ONE SHOULD BE INSIDE! Read more
