What can I say other then WOW! Not only is the food amazing but Chris (GM) was such a welcoming kind interactive person. Came by... our table several times to make sure we were happy with everything we received. He even brought us champagne to celebrate ourengagement. Maryam our server was so sweet, bubbly, friendly and attentive. Constantly checking on us make sure we had enoughfood and that it was to our liking. This really was the best ending to our night. Last night’s dinner at The Melting Pot was awesome. We had not been in 25 years. The General Manger, Chris, came by our table... to make sure we were having a good experience. Love this location every time! The newest manager Miguel rocked it! He was so nice and welcoming. We haven’t been in a long... time due to financial issues but we ALWAYS make sure to come back whenever Juan/drake are here! Phenomenal experience. Haven't been to a Melting Pot in years so decided to go at last minute. Getting reservations was... extremely easy online. The staff was exceptional from the host, manager, servers, and most importantly our server Aimee B. Wehad an amazing dine in experience and we were very well taken care of by all aspects. From our daughters menu she colored onbeing hung up by the front door, to the our drinks that never ran dry, the amazing food, the endless great conversations withstaff members, and the sweetest server around. Very thankful for a wonderful evening and would highly recommend and encourageothers to try it out. Probably the best Melting Pot staff I've experienced. Read more
