Ordered a 99.99 pack today. First person took my order. Apparently didn't write it down as I had a substitution. First person... then proceeded to hand me off too the second who I paid for the order. I sent a delivery driver too pick up the order and paidhim in advance. The order was wrong! I called and attempted to get the correct order, and was told I would have too drive backand pick it up. First time (here), I got some cubes steaks (hubby & son fave) and ground veal for my meatloaf. The store is clean and the staff... is friendly and they have a great variety of meats (the ones we all know; pork, chicken, beef) and if you are adventurous (I am)they have ostrich, bear and other exotic meats. Let me start off by saying I really like Tillmans and will probably continue to get the rest of my meat there(otherwise it would... have been 1 star), onto the reason for this review. Wasted $200 on an A5 Wagyu steak from there. Bought 5-6 others from here andall were fine but this one was terrible. I thought something was a little off by the color, was brown with red spots throughout.They?re frozen and they usually never look exactly the same so I figured no big deal it?ll be fine, I was very wrong. Worst A5I?ve ever had. I like supporting local business but will definetly be buying online from one of the well known A5 dealers fromnow on as we are not rich and cannot afford to waste $200 again. I realize things are not always going to be perfect but at$200 a steak this is a tough one to look past. Ruined what was supposed to be a nice anniversary dinner for my wife and I. Read more
